We are looking for talented UAE Nationals to join e& through the NAFIS Program in the role of Engineer/Customer Operation Center.

Role Overview
As an Engineer /Customer Operation Center you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to customers. You will diagnose and resolve issues, utilizing various OSS and BSS applications. Your role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction and network enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote resolution and support to customers via first contact, escalation tickets, and proactive work orders.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues using relevant applications and tools.
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Update all action performed the call log as well in Motive/UCMS/MSD
- Achieve target KPI set by management for FCR, Remote resolution and Answering calls
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- UAE National (Family Book required)
