Hiring: Technical Architect – React Native

Location: Dubai

Experience: 9+ Years (6+ Years in React Native)

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead React Native Engineer to architect and build a scalable, enterprise-grade mobile application from the ground up. This is a leadership role where you will drive mobile engineering excellence while mentoring a strong development team.

🔥 What You’ll Do:

• Architect, design, and lead development of high-performance iOS & Android apps using React Native
• Define mobile engineering standards, best practices, and coding guidelines
• Build smooth, enterprise-level UI/UX experiences with strong performance & security
• Oversee code quality, reviews, and automated testing processes
• Diagnose and resolve complex performance bottlenecks
• Collaborate with Product, Business & Backend teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence
• Drive adoption of modern tooling (AI coding tools, CI/CD, monitoring, analytics)

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in React Native development
• Strong expertise in ES6 & TypeScript
• Experience with micro-frontend/modular architecture & monorepo
• Proven experience building & integrating native modules (iOS & Android)
• Strong understanding of Redux Toolkit, TanStack Query, Zustand
• Experience with GraphQL & REST APIs
• Hands-on with push notifications & cloud messaging APIs
• Strong debugging & performance optimization skills
• Experience with unit testing & automation frameworks
• Hands-on with Xcode, Android Studio, certificates & app provisioning
• Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
