About the Role
We are looking for a driven and versatile Product Owner to take responsibility and coordination for the day-to-day work with developers and delivery of our web, mobile, and analytics platforms within the financial markets domain. You will play a key role in shaping products used for market data, equity analysis, and share trading, working closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow up the day to day with the development team, including daily standups and sprint ownership
- Create and follow up Jira tickets: Epics, stories and bugs
- Ensure alignment between product requirements and implementation
- Prioritize work items based on business value, technical input, and stakeholder need
- Assist developers with DevOps tickets if escalated
- Participate in UX and UI discussions
- Contribute to quarterly- and roadmap planning with the Tech Lead and PM
- Assist sales with meetings and requirements (together with PM)
- Gather and analyze client feedback to guide product improvements
- Keep an eye on market trends and competitors, as part of the larger product team
Who you are
You are a proactive and flexible team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering high-quality digital products. You thrive in dynamic environments with a broad scope of responsibilities and enjoy bridging the gap between business and technology.
You bring
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Technical awareness, with the ability to understand how web technologies work (JavaScript-based environments) without necessarily writing code
- Experience collaborating closely with developers and designers in agile teams
- A hands-on mindset, comfortable leading discussions, solving problems, and driving execution
- The ability to analyze data issues using tools such as Chrome DevTools and translate findings into clear specifications
- A collaborative attitude, with confidence working across teams and stakeholders
- A solid understanding of financial markets and trading platforms is a big plus
