We are partnered with an established financial services institution to look for a senior software engineer to build thier platform used for onboarding, KYC, and AML processes across the region.

You will work at the intersection of software engineering and business workflow systems, delivering solutions that support regulatory compliance and client onboarding at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance applications supporting CLM workflows
• Configure and customize CLM platform components including:
• Workflows
• Rules engines
• Data models
• UI components
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions
• Develop backend services using C# / .NET and integrate with enterprise systems via APIs
• Work on cloud-native applications deployed on Microsoft Azure
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and integration teams
• Support system integration across upstream and downstream banking systems
• Perform unit testing and support SIT / UAT activities
• Manage application releases, deployments, and documentation
• Provide post-production support, including incident resolution and root cause analysis
• Maintain and enhance system performance, stability, and scalability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8 - 10 years of software development experience
• Strong experience in C# / .NET development
• Hands-on experience working with workflow-driven or case management systems
• Experience with CLM, KYC, AML, or onboarding platforms
• Familiarity with Fenergo or similar CLM products is highly advantageous
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Functions and messaging services
• Strong understanding of API integration and distributed systems
• Experience working in banking or financial services environments
• Good understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile or Waterfall)
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and translate requirements into solutions
