Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Singapore, with the flexibility to work from home part-time, for a Head of Design, Product Designer, or Junior Designer. The role involves leading or contributing to design initiatives, including creating product designs, visual concepts, and branding strategies. Responsibilities include managing design processes, engaging in interior and spatial planning efforts when necessary, and ensuring all design outputs align with the organization’s goals and values.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Management, team coordination, and project leadership
• Expertise in Visual Design and Product Design to create user-focused, aesthetically appealing, and functional solutions
• Strong skills in Branding to develop and maintain a cohesive organizational identity
• Experience in Interior Design to support projects requiring spatial planning and physical environment enhancements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to balance creativity with functionality and practicality
• Bachelor’s degree in design, architecture, or related fields; or equivalent experience
