We are looking for a Digital UI/UX Designer lead to illustrate engaging creative graphics and understand Fintech market design trends.

Your designs should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. To be successful in this role, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design, as well as leading the team to deliver the same high standards of work for the company. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.

Over time, you will be given a chance to build and grow the team to fulfil the companies design and product roadmap needs

Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing graphics that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.

Responsibilities

• Develop graphics, illustrations, logos and user interface elements using AdobeCreative Suite
• Design and create concepts, mockups, prototypes and user journey that lead to intuitive user experiences for a wide range of platforms.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with project managers, product managers, engineers and various stakeholder
• Strategically create new features and functionality based on user stories and behaviour.
• Able to test graphics across various media and platform
• Identify, troubleshoot UX problems and conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback (e.g. responsiveness)
• Rapid design and testing methodology, at the same time able to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and creatively.
• Able to amend designs according to client's feedback
• Ability to clearly communicate research and design ideas to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Able to lead the design team’s design roadmap through standardization and process implementation
• Involve in recruitment and management of design team

Requirements

• Well understand graphics & web design trends in the market
• Proven work experience as a Digital UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Understanding of web and mobile production best practices
• Understanding of and desire to hone expertise in UX and UI Design
• Possesses a good portfolio that demonstrates your illustrations or other graphics
• Able to showcase minimum three diverse use cases as part of interview process - prefer online portfolio in resume itself for shortlisting purpose.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Experience in using design and prototyping tools such as Sketch and XD
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders with good time-management skills
• Have experience in a lead role previously leading a design team
• Able to work in fast pace environment, methodically and meet deadlines
