Job Description

Key responsibilities

Scrum Master responsibilities

• Schedule, prepare, and facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and test plan discussions.
• Maintain and update the product backlog and sprint boards in collaboration with the Product Owner.
• Assign stories to sprints and track sprint progress.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
• Consolidate and report sprint performance metrics, including velocity and team performance.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in Scrum Master, project coordination, or product support roles.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello).
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with QA/dev teams to resolve issues.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred qualifications

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Experience in mobile app support or digital product environments.

Background in operations coordination or administrative support in a tech setting.
