Responsibilities

  • Perform lifecycle management of Cisco APIC and Nexus 9000 (ACI mode), Cisco DNAC and Cisco ISE, Cisco Catalyst 9000 series (IOS-XE)
  • Manage BAU operations, troubleshooting, and upgrades for routing and switching infrastructure across data center, DR, and remote sites
  • Ensure connectivity and network stability between remote locations and data centers
  • Administer and support network security platforms including Cisco FTD/ASA, Palo Alto, and Check Point firewalls
  • Implement, manage, and upgrade F5 Load Balancers (LTM, GTM, APM)
  • Monitor network performance and ensure optimal utilization and availability
  • Perform incident management and root cause analysis (RCA)
  • Execute change and release activities in alignment with ITSM processes
  • Conduct vulnerability assessment and mitigation planning for network and security infrastructure
  • Support system integration and solution deployment
  • Handle stakeholder communication, inventory, and operational responsibilities as needed


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
  • 10 years of experience in network engineering (data center and enterprise environments)
  • Experience with ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
  • Strong knowledge of network fundamentals (OSI, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN concepts)
  • Hands-on experience in routing and switching: OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP, VTP, HSRP
  • Experience with Cisco technologies: Nexus 9000 (NX-OS & ACI), VXLAN, vPC, Catalyst 9000, Cisco DNAC, Cisco ISE, Cisco Wireless (9800 WLC)
  • Experience with network security solutions: Cisco FTD/ASA, Palo Alto, Check Point
  • Strong knowledge of VPNs, GRE, DMZ, and 802.1X
  • Hands-on experience with F5 Load Balancing (LTM, GTM, APM)
  • Experience using packet analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark)
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
