This position reports to

Business Analyst Senior Manager

Your role and responsibilities

As a trusted and empowered member of the EL Business Insights Team, you will support partnerships with ABB Business Areas and Divisions and develop a wide range of analytics solutions using visualization and analytics to provide data driven insights for decision making.

You will be part of a Global Pricing Analytics project for one of ABB Business Areas. The Pricing Analytics team has grown over the years, and we are currently looking for a passionate individual that will help us deal with increasing demand of our data products and widen the scope of the analytics we provide.

The work model for the role is:

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Building data structures and reporting processes that accurately measure business performance.
• Implementing best practices in data integrity, data validation, test design and documentation.
• Analyzing business challenges and providing business analytics to enhance decision-making and drive optimization and present findings.
• Owning the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing analyses, and dashboards to help determine key business conclusions.

Qualifications For The Role

• 3+ years of experience as a business, data, or statistical analyst.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP data structures and configuration.
• Strong command over analytics tools like SQL, Alteryx and Python.
• Exposure to business processes for Finance and Marketing and Sales.
• Good communication skills in English. Critical thinking skill and teamwork abilities.
