- Minimum of two years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team

- Excellent communication, mentoring, planning, and leadership skills
- Compliance with background checks, drug screenings, and company vaccination policy
- BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical field
- Experience in using creative techniques to optimize team engagement and participation
- Familiarity with medical device development processes
