We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in AWS Bedrock to join our team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about building and running applications at scale, has hands-on experience configuring and administering AWS Bedrock, and takes part in the full DevOps lifecycle — from writing code and deploying software to troubleshooting and incident response.
Locations:
- Ukraine
- Take part in the full DevOps lifecycle of data storage and processing applications: collect and analyze requirements, write code, review others' code, test, deploy, and troubleshoot software, and respond to incidents.
- Configure, manage, and optimize AWS Bedrock pipelines and related infrastructure, including model deployment, prompt engineering tooling, and cost/performance monitoring.
- Work closely with other teams to understand users' needs and act on them.
- Be an active member of the agile engineering team, contribute to planning meetings, and continuously think about improvements in technology and processes.
- Proceed and deliver independently, but know when to ask for help.
Core Competencies — AWS Bedrock
- Expertise in configuring AWS Bedrock: model access, provisioned throughput, guardrails, and Knowledge Bases.
- Experience setting up and administering Bedrock pipelines (e.g., prompt flows, agents, RAG pipelines).
- General AWS administration skills: IAM, S3, VPC, CloudWatch, and related services.
- Ability to integrate Bedrock with other AWS services such as S3, Lambda, and ECS.
- Passion for software engineering and operations with a strong drive to build real-world applications at scale.
- Excellent coding skills and solid understanding of the Python ecosystem.
- Experience with infrastructure as code and related tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience with Kubernetes and related tools (e.g., Helm).
- Experience with CI/CD — GitLab (preferred), GitHub Actions, or similar.
- Solid knowledge of containers: Docker, Podman, LXC.
- Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, HTTP), SQL and databases, Linux, and command-line proficiency.
- A few years of experience working as a software or DevOps engineer.
- Ability to cope with a rapidly changing environment.
- Knowledge of Java and the AWS Bedrock SDK, including integration with S3 and other AWS services.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana.
- Familiarity with service meshes: Istio or Linkerd.
- Experience with GitOps tools: ArgoCD or Flux.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms beyond AWS: GCP or Azure.
