  • Work closely with other teams to understand users' needs and act on them.
  • Be an active member of the agile engineering team, contribute to planning meetings, and continuously think about improvements in technology and processes.
  • Proceed and deliver independently, but know when to ask for help.

Requirements:

Core Competencies — AWS Bedrock

  • Expertise in configuring AWS Bedrock: model access, provisioned throughput, guardrails, and Knowledge Bases.
  • Experience setting up and administering Bedrock pipelines (e.g., prompt flows, agents, RAG pipelines).
  • General AWS administration skills: IAM, S3, VPC, CloudWatch, and related services.
  • Ability to integrate Bedrock with other AWS services such as S3, Lambda, and ECS.

General DevOps & Engineering

  • Experience with Kubernetes and related tools (e.g., Helm).
  • Experience with CI/CD — GitLab (preferred), GitHub Actions, or similar.
  • Solid knowledge of containers: Docker, Podman, LXC.
  • Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, HTTP), SQL and databases, Linux, and command-line proficiency.
  • A few years of experience working as a software or DevOps engineer.
  • Ability to cope with a rapidly changing environment.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Java and the AWS Bedrock SDK, including integration with S3 and other AWS services.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana.
  • Familiarity with service meshes: Istio or Linkerd.
  • Experience with GitOps tools: ArgoCD or Flux.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms beyond AWS: GCP or Azure.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary;
  • 100% remote opportunity, with flexible options for hybrid or in-office work based on preference and manager approval;
  • Opportunities for professional growth and advancement;
  • A cooperative and innovative work environment;
  • 20 days of paid vacation, 15 paid sick days with a doctors note, and 5 paid sick days without a doctors note;
  • Medical insurance coverage for employees, with optional family coverage at a corporate rate;
  • Support for participation in professional development opportunities (webinars, conferences, trainings, etc.);
  • Regular team-building activities and biannual company-wide events.
