We are Hiring: C++ Developer | Build the Future of AI-Powered Video Security

The Role

As a C++ Developer, you will play a key role in building our edge-computing platform, powering our clients Point.


You will be working across a high-performance, real-time system where software meets AI and hardware.


What you will be doing:

  • Building edge applications that process real-time vision data
  • Developing communication layers for compute-constrained devices
  • Deploying machine learning models into production
  • Optimising performance (latency, memory, GPU pipelines) in C++
  • Enhancing observability and telemetry across the platform


What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience with C++ and Python in production environments
  • Experience building and optimising real-time systems
  • Strong debugging and profiling skills (e.g. gdb, Nsight, Valgrind, flame graphs)
  • Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines


Bonus points if you have experience with:

  • Edge / IoT computing
  • Infrastructure management (e.g. Salt)
  • Monitoring tools (e.g. Grafana)
  • Video processing/streaming (e.g. GStreamer)
  • ML model integration (e.g. PyTorch)

On-site 5 days a week in London

Salary £100 - 130k per annum
