This role requires outstanding organisation, proactive problem solving and the confidence to handle sensitive and confidential discussions. You will work closely with the Executive Support Manager to ensure senior leaders are fully equipped for effective decision making, while upholding a professional, efficient and commercially driven Executive Support function.
In this role, you will be required to work on-site at Head Office for a minimum of two days per week, with flexibility across Monday to Friday.
The post holder will support the effective running of the corporate office, working in partnership with Facilities to maintain a safe, compliant and productive working environment.
In addition, the role includes deputising for the Executive Support Manager during periods of absence, ensuring continuity of operational leadership and maintaining high standards across the Executive Support and Office Management functions.
