Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Android Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Android applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Android development, modern mobile architectures, and experience in leading teams to deliver scalable and high-performance mobile solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end development of Android applications from concept to release.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile architectures.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define requirements and deliver features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Ensure application quality, performance, and responsiveness.
- Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and technical bottlenecks.
- Stay up to date with the latest Android trends, tools, and technologies.
- Drive CI/CD processes and mobile DevOps practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Android application development.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java.
- Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and Jetpack components (LiveData, ViewModel, Navigation, Room).
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVP, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
