UX Designer

Your new company
A global investment organisation is looking for a Product / UX Designer to help shape engaging digital experiences for European retail and professional investors.

Your new role
You'll design intuitive, accessible journeys across CMS‑driven websites, working closely with Product, Content, Research and Engineering teams. You'll own designs end‑to‑end - from insight and prototyping to stakeholder sign‑off - ensuring high‑quality UI and consistency across multiple markets.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience designing for CMS websites (AEM ideal)
• Expert Figma and design system skills
• Solid knowledge of WCAG 2.2 and inclusive design
• Ability to support and run usability research
• Experience with multilingual sites
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
• Background in asset management / financial services is highly desirable
