You will bridge the gap between emerging LLM capabilities and robust, real-world applications. We are looking for a systems thinker who can leverage Python and modern AI orchestration frameworks to deliver scalable, resilient solutions that move the needle for global enterprises.
The Role
- Lead the design and integration of agentic AI systems into complex, end-to-end business workflows.
- Build and deploy production-ready LLM applications, ensuring high reliability, safety fallbacks, and low latency.
- Establish engineering best practices for AI orchestration, observability, and rigorous automated testing.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Data Science teams to translate theoretical AI capabilities into tangible ROI.
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI services and frameworks to keep the organization at the cutting edge of the field.
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a deep focus on Python and delivering production-integrated AI/ML systems.
- Hands-on expertise with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI frameworks (such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI).
- Strong understanding of operationalizing AI, including monitoring, guardrails, and managing performance in production environments.
- Experience with cloud-based AI infrastructure, ideally AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock) or similar environments.
- A systems-thinking mindset with the ability to communicate technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
