As a Quantium Graduate Software Engineer, you'll get a broad introduction to a range of engineering disciplines. From Git to Agile, we commit to giving you the frameworks, experience, education and exposure you need to jump start your career.
Application engineers balance their time between working on the user interface and business logic layers of our software solutions. We invite you to interview your strongest skillset - frontend or backend.

- The 12 to 18 month graduate program is part of a broader Advance @ Quantium (continuous support, Learning & Development and events). Our award-winning graduate program is an accelerator!
- On-the-job training and development
- Ongoing support, mentoring and leadership through your buddy, team and the Graduate Academy team
- Technical learning and support from our Engineering community
- Learning and development programs to build your professional and personal skills
- Due to complete your tertiary education (i.e. you are in your final year of study) or have completed your studies in the 18 months prior to starting with us
- Passionate about technology
- We are looking for Australian and NZ citizens, Australian Permanent Residents, and eligible visa holders
