About the role
We’re seeking a Senior Frontend Developer (React) to play a key role in shaping the future of our Protecht.ERM platform, used by organisations globally.
You’ll work with a modern React and TypeScript stack, contributing to architecture, design, and development. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver meaningful, user-centred solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead development of high-quality, user-focused features using React and TypeScript
- Contribute to frontend architecture, standards, and best practices
- Collaborate with product and design to deliver intuitive user experiences
- Write clean, maintainable code with a strong focus on testing and quality
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Mentor and support other engineers
- Advocate for accessibility, performance, and usability
About you
- Strong experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Solid understanding of frontend fundamentals (state management, component design, performance)
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries
- Experience with unit and/or integration testing
- Passion for building intuitive, high-quality user interfaces
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
