About the role


We’re seeking a Senior Frontend Developer (React) to play a key role in shaping the future of our Protecht.ERM platform, used by organisations globally.


You’ll work with a modern React and TypeScript stack, contributing to architecture, design, and development. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver meaningful, user-centred solutions.


Key responsibilities


  • Lead development of high-quality, user-focused features using React and TypeScript
  • Contribute to frontend architecture, standards, and best practices
  • Collaborate with product and design to deliver intuitive user experiences
  • Write clean, maintainable code with a strong focus on testing and quality
  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
  • Mentor and support other engineers
  • Advocate for accessibility, performance, and usability


About you


  • Strong experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
  • Solid understanding of frontend fundamentals (state management, component design, performance)
  • Experience working with design systems and component libraries
  • Experience with unit and/or integration testing
  • Passion for building intuitive, high-quality user interfaces
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
