A Typical Day
As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to understand goals, define user needs, and translate them into intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling experiences. You will plan and execute research studies, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, test them with users, and iterate based on insights. Your mission is to deliver outstanding user experiences and provide exceptional application and product design across web and mobile platforms.

Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a UX/UI Designer
- Proven experience with UX/UI design, usability principles, and accessibility standards
- Ability to design and deliver wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design methods, heuristic evaluation, and usability testing
- Ability to analyze user feedback and data to drive design decisions and improve user experience
- Visionary mindset, creativity, and determination to solve complex problems
- High attention to detail and experience working in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments
- Customer success-oriented attitude
- Fluency in English is a must
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and design handoff tools
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, UXPin, etc.)
- Experience working with or building design systems
- Full-time and Remote availability
