We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer with strong Go (Golang) expertise and hands-on experience building secure, high-throughput systems in crypto, blockchain, or financial domains.

This role sits at the intersection of distributed systems, cryptography, and regulated financial infrastructure, contributing to mission-critical platforms that process high-value transactions at scale.

The impact you'll make:

• Design, implement, and maintain high-availability backend services using Go (Golang).
• Build and evolve crypto-native systems, including wallets, custody services, transaction pipelines, and blockchain integrations.
• Develop secure APIs and internal services that handle sensitive financial and cryptographic operations.
• Collaborate with product and architecture teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Optimize systems for performance, reliability, and fault tolerance in distributed environments.
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and production incident resolution.
• Ensure compliance with security, auditability, and regulatory requirements typical of financial and crypto platforms.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployment strategies.
• Act as a technical advisor within the engagement, supporting best practices and engineering excellence

What you'll bring to us:

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience, with a strong focus on Go.
• Prior exposure to crypto, fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure is highly preferred.
• Experience working in consulting, staff augmentation, or cross-team delivery models is a plus.
• Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
• Strong communication skills in English, able to explain complex technical topics to mixed audiences.
• Pragmatic problem-solver with a delivery-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with evolving requirements.
• Ability to balance client needs, technical quality, and delivery timelines.
• Desirable experience with Hashing (SHA-256, Keccak), Digital signatures (ECDSA, EdDSA), Go crypto libraries, Blockchain.
