Stellenbeschreibung
- Änderungsmanagement: Prozessdurchführung
- Klassifizierung von Sachnummern
- Sachnummern- und Teilestammdatenanlage für Normteile und MTB-Teile
- Administrative Betreuung des Änderungsprozesses (Problemreports, Änderungsanträge und Änderungsnummern)
- Sicherstellung, dass alle Projekte über Änderungen inkl. Querschnittsänderungen informiert sind
- Verfolgung des Änderungsprozesses bis FET anhand von Kennzahlen und frühzeitigen Meldungen
- Prozessüberwachung, -bewertung, Reifegradmessung
- Planung der Prozessweiterentwicklung in Abstimmung mit dem Prozess-Portfoliomanagers
- Prozessdefinition, -dokumentation und -implementierung – gemeinsam mit den Prozesspartnern
- Abgeschlossene Fachschule, HAK, HTL bzw. gleichwertige Ausbildung in Maschinenbau oder KFZ-Technik
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Schnittstellenposition
- Vermittlungsfähigkeiten von Vorteil
- Gute MS Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel) erforderlich
- Gute Englischkenntisse erforderlich
- Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Termintreue
- Kommunikationsstärke
