Stellenbeschreibung

• Änderungsmanagement: Prozessdurchführung
• Klassifizierung von Sachnummern
• Sachnummern- und Teilestammdatenanlage für Normteile und MTB-Teile
• Administrative Betreuung des Änderungsprozesses (Problemreports, Änderungsanträge und Änderungsnummern)
• Sicherstellung, dass alle Projekte über Änderungen inkl. Querschnittsänderungen informiert sind
• Verfolgung des Änderungsprozesses bis FET anhand von Kennzahlen und frühzeitigen Meldungen
• Prozessüberwachung, -bewertung, Reifegradmessung
• Planung der Prozessweiterentwicklung in Abstimmung mit dem Prozess-Portfoliomanagers
• Prozessdefinition, -dokumentation und -implementierung – gemeinsam mit den Prozesspartnern
  
  

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Fachschule, HAK, HTL bzw. gleichwertige Ausbildung in Maschinenbau oder KFZ-Technik
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Schnittstellenposition
• Vermittlungsfähigkeiten von Vorteil
• Gute MS Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel) erforderlich
• Gute Englischkenntisse erforderlich
• Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Termintreue
• Kommunikationsstärke
  
  

Zusätzliche Informationen

Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt € 3.802,93 brutto/Monat. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
