We are looking for an IT Project Manager (f/m/d) with strong organizational skills and a hands-on mentality. Take an active role in shaping exciting IT projects within interdisciplinary teams and contribute your expertise in IT and process management.
This position is a temporary parental leave replacement until the return of the position holder, with the option of extension.
Job Description
- Planning, managing, and implementing IT projects – from requirements analysis to final acceptance
- Coordinating interdisciplinary project teams and external service providers
- Responsibility for budget, timeline, quality, and risk management
- Communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- Preparing project status reports, presentations, and documentation
- Supporting the further development of internal project management processes and tools
- Degree in (Business) Informatics, Project Management, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in managing IT projects (traditional and/or agile)
- Strong knowledge of both traditional and agile project management methodologies (e.g. IPMA-based methods, PRINCE2, or Scrum)
- Technical understanding and affinity for IT systems, software development, or IT infrastructure
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Fluent German and good English skills
