• Strong experience using structured methodologies to draft and review business requirements
• Proven track record of ensuring alignment between final deliverables and initial business needs
• Excellent critical thinking skills, using logic and reasoning to evaluate alternative solutions
• Superior communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical IT development teams
• Ability to deliver high-level presentations and participate effectively in multi-lingual meetings
• Highly Desirable: Experience in the labour market domain and/or experience with verifiable credentials
• Languages: English (fluent)

Job Description:

• Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of complex business requirements
• Draft and review detailed functional specifications using structured methodologies
• Act as the primary liaison between business representatives and the technical development team
• Ensure the end-to-end alignment of IT deliverables with original business objectives and quality standards
• Prepare and deliver high-level presentations to senior stakeholders and project boards
• Apply logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of proposed technical solutions
