You will have access to cutting-edge technology in the field of relational database systems and will constantly face the challenges of high availability, scalability, safety, and fast processing of our transactional data worldwide.

Your Responsibilities

• Database systems installations, patching, capacity planning,
• Administering, monitoring, and managing large relational database environments,
• Keeping database performance and health on the highest level,
• Implement best practices in data schemes design and implementation, database administration, security, backup and disaster recovery,
• DBA tasks automatization,
• Follow the trends and set the strategic directions in the database technology area,
• Close cooperation with other teams within the company.
  
  

What you bring to the team

• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL server architecture and operation,
• Extensive experience with large database system,
• Advanced knowledge of SQL language and procedural extensions,
• Excellent knowledge of Linux OS and Bash shell,
• Team spirit,
• Proficiency in the English language.
  
  

Bonus Points If

• You have experience with Oracle RDBMS,
• You have advanced knowledge of Git.
