Political Intelligence Brussels is seeking an proactive and organised HR & Office Coordinator to support both our people operations and the smooth running of our office. You will work closely with our HR Business Partner and Office Manager, playing a key role in ensuring an excellent employee experience and an efficient, well-functioning workplace.

Main Responsibilities:


HR Support

  • Support all stages of the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and setting up interviews
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Contribute to HR projects (employee surveys, digitalisation of HR processes, HR metrics dashboards, AI-driven improvements)
  • Support performance and evaluation cycles, including follow-up on career development and training
  • Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and HR policies
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the annual training plan


Office Management Support


  • Assist the Office Manager with administrative and operational tasks when needed (such as coordinating office supplies and relationships with service providers)
  • Liaise with IT service providers for office devices and phone subscriptions to ensure service quality and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar HR, administrative, or office coordination role
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Interest in HR processes and employee experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and openness to learning (including AI applications in HR)
