The work

As a Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll drive development across our stack with a primary focus on building Elixir microservices backed by Postgres, Redis, and DynamoDB. While most of your work lives in the backend and our Kubernetes-orchestrated containers, you’ll occasionally jump into our React front-ends to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience.

Working in self-reliant product teams, you'll contribute to diverse projects throughout the entire development lifecycle. This role is perfect for those passionate about both server-side and client-side technologies, eager to craft cohesive, full-stack solutions.

The team’s setup

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our Axon Group. You’ll be the architect of Glia’s core intelligence suite, from real-time Transcription and Autocomplete to strategic AI Management and Outreach. Your work will empower agents to work smarter and engage more intelligently, unifying AI and human agents across every voice and digital conversation.

Our team is distributed across Estonia (Tartu, Tallinn) operating in the Eastern European time zone (EET/EEST).
