- Manage strategic projects and initiatives adhering to the ERGO Baltics project management framework.
- Create and manage detailed project plans and maintain accurate documentation.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality changes.
- Identify, evaluate and manage constraints, dependencies, risks, and issues that may jeopardize project success
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication and reporting.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Project Management in ERGO Baltics.
- At least 5 years of experience in leading complex projects in IT.
- Higher education in Project Management and/or certificates such as PMP, PRINCE2 (or equivalent) are preferable.
- Strong understanding of Project Management best practices.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence
- Strong communication skills, experienced in cross functional team management, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
- High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and solve problems creatively.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is necessary, fluency in one of the Baltic languages is nice to have.
