Responsibilities:

  • Manage strategic projects and initiatives adhering to the ERGO Baltics project management framework.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality changes.
  • Identify, evaluate and manage constraints, dependencies, risks, and issues that may jeopardize project success
  • Ensure effective stakeholder communication and reporting.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Project Management in ERGO Baltics.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in leading complex projects in IT.
  • Higher education in Project Management and/or certificates such as PMP, PRINCE2 (or equivalent) are preferable.
  • Strong understanding of Project Management best practices.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence
  • Strong communication skills, experienced in cross functional team management, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and solve problems creatively.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is necessary, fluency in one of the Baltic languages is nice to have.

Salary: 2800-4500 €/mon. gross
