IT Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage strategic projects and initiatives adhering to the ERGO Baltics project management framework.
Create and manage detailed project plans and maintain accurate documentation.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality changes.
Identify, evaluate and manage constraints, dependencies, risks, and issues that may jeopardize project success
Ensure effective stakeholder communication and reporting.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Project Management in ERGO Baltics.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in leading complex projects in IT.
Higher education in Project Management and/or certificates such as PMP, PRINCE2 (or equivalent) are preferable.
Strong understanding of Project Management best practices.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence
Strong communication skills, experienced in cross functional team management, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and solve problems creatively.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is necessary, fluency in one of the Baltic languages is nice to have.

Salary: 2800-4500 €/mon. gross
