Position: Digital Product Manager
As a Digital Product Manager at BluEdge, you will have a global and multi-branded responsibility for digital and data products within parts e-commerce, parts pricing, and parts analytics areas. As a Digital Product Manager at BluEdge, you will have a global and multi-branded responsibility for digital and data products within parts e-commerce, parts pricing, and parts analytics areas. You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience, understanding the end user, customer, and business needs to ensure continuous value from the digital product. Collaboration with other parts of the organization, fostering an environment of shared ideas and clear common ambitions, will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define digital product vision, goals, and roadmaps based on the business strategy.
- Manage the full product life cycle including new development, runtime, and decommissioning.
- Maintain an overview of products offered within the product area and ensure adequate support for business flow.
- Regularly collect feedback on implemented work through measures, analytics, and end user input.
- Provide thorough analysis and insights of market, technology, product trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Plan and forecast resource and budget needs in connection to One Rhythm.
- Drive planning cycle for product, including roadmap, resource needs, and budget required.
- Ensure digital products fulfill all legal, compliance, and security demands.
- Secure release and roll-out plan, including change management and training approach.
- Identify successes, issues, risks, and potential actions to be escalated.
- Cultivate strong collaboration and teamwork.
- Proven experience in defining product vision, strategy, and managing the full product lifecycle.
- Strong skills in market analysis, user feedback integration, and performance evaluation.
- Ability to plan, forecast, and manage resources and budgets effectively.
- Knowledge of legal, compliance, and security requirements for digital products.
- Experience in product rollout, change management, and cross-functional collaboration.
