You’ll work closely with IT, engineering, leadership, sourcing and external partners — and play a key part in shaping our overall security culture. You will work at our Tampere-office with hybrid work model.

What you’ll do?

  • Lead and develop our cybersecurity strategy and best practices.
  • Oversee security monitoring, threat detection and incident response.
  • Manage vulnerability assessments, penetration testing and risk analysis.
  • Ensure secure use of tools, systems and cloud environments.
  • Support compliance with key standards (IEC 62443, NIS2, ISO 27001, CRA, GDPR).
  • Run security audits and guide improvement actions.
  • Advise leadership on risks and mitigation options.
  • Promote security awareness and deliver training across the organization.
  • Work with engineering and architecture teams to ensure secure system and software design.
  • Manage collaboration with external security partners and customers.

What you bring?

  • Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or similar.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a cybersecurity lead/manager role in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of network, application, cloud and distributed system security.
  • Experience with monitoring tools, vulnerability management and incident response.
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIS2, ISO 27001 and CRA.
  • Experience in team leadership or complex software environments is a plus.
  • Background in DevSecOps or secure software development is an advantage.

Skills that help you succeed

  • Ability to build and execute cybersecurity strategy and governance.
  • Strong understanding of threat management, risk assessment and security architecture.
  • Clear communication skills — you can translate technical topics for any audience.
  • Analytical mindset and a practical, solution‑oriented approach.
  • Ability to produce clear documentation for audits, customers and regulatory needs.
  • Comfortable working both independently and with cross‑functional teams.
