As a Finance & Operations Working Student, you will be the operational heartbeat of Ivy’s presence in Finland. You will work at the intersection of finance, logistics, and procurement, ensuring our local operations scale seamlessly.

As a Finance & Operations Working Student, you will be the operational heartbeat of Ivy’s presence in Finland. You will work at the intersection of finance, logistics, and procurement, ensuring our local operations scale seamlessly.

Finance & Operations Support
- Account Payables & Controlling: Supporting daily financial operations and controlling tasks.
- Reconciliation: Working in sync with our external bookkeeper to ensure financial accuracy.
- Invoicing: Processing intra-company invoices across our entities.
- Expansion: Supporting the office expansion and physical setup in Finland.
- Logistics: Managing office-related logistics, including access, devices, keys, and supplies.
- Procurement: Supporting end-to-end procurement processes.
- Due Diligence: Leading the clean-up of vendor due diligence to maintain operational excellence.
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (ideally in Business, Finance, or Law).
- Experience: You have ideally completed at least one internship in a fast-paced environment (Start-up, Consulting, Banking, or VC).
- Ownership: You are a self-starter who takes full responsibility for your work, is solution-oriented, and proactive.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: You are eager, ambitious, and ready to tackle the unique challenges of a growing fintech.
- Location: Based in Helsinki and able to commute to the office regularly
