We are now looking for a Project Manager to lead global, complex B2B customer product development and delivery projects. This isn’t just about moving tickets - it’s about acting as the bridge between world-class international customers and our internal teams.

You’ll steer product development while working closely with sales in the customer interface, ensuring ideas turn into successful deliveries. If you enjoy bringing structure to a fast-paced, high-growth environment, this role is your playground.

In your daily work, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex customer projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality targets are met.
  • Act as the primary technical and commercial liaison between global customers and our cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor project performance, proactively manage risks/issues, and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Go beyond following processes - build and optimise scalable governance frameworks that keep us agile as we grow.

What we expect from you:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Program or Project Management, specifically within global, international environments.
  • A growth attitude: you enjoy challenges and embrace opportunities for personal and professional development
  • Hands-on approach: you are not afraid to take action, dive into the work and carry responsibility
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. (Finnish is a "nice to have," but definitely not required).
