About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences by combining strong design skills with a deep understanding of user needs and business goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship products that delight our global users.
This is a contractor role. You may be required to come to the office in Dublin 2-3 days a week.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences by combining strong design skills with a deep understanding of user needs and business goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship products that delight our global users.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and discovery to visual design and engineering implementation.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Researchers, and Engineers to define product requirements and create user-centered solutions.
Develop high-quality interaction and visual designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
Advocate for design excellence and align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision.
Create compelling documentation, diagrams, and presentations to communicate design rationale and processes.
Ensure designs are informed by user research, data, and business priorities.
Mentor and inspire team members to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
7+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related field.
A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work, including research, visual design, and implementation support.
Proven experience collaborating with Product Managers, Researchers, and Engineers.
Excellent interaction design, visual design, and prototyping skills.
A track record of designing and shipping successful products for global users, with a focus on business impact.
Exceptional English communication skills, both written and oral, including the ability to present and document design decisions effectively.
Ability to align stakeholders and drive consensus to solve complex problems.
Experience working in agile or lean product development environments.
Familiarity with design systems and scalable design practices.
Passion for mentoring and growing design talent within the team.
