Role Purpose
We are hiring a Junior Designer. This is not a "make things look nice" role. You'll work across brand, product, and growth—helping us acquire customers, improve the experience, and make Manna feel unmistakably different from anything else in delivery. You'll collaborate closely with design, product, marketing, and operations. You'll ship real work, fast.

- 0-2 years experience in design (or a strong portfolio that says more than years ever could)
- A portfolio that shows:
- Clean, considered visual design
- Some understanding of product or UX thinking
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable working across:
- Figma
- Adobe Creative Suite (or similar)
- An interest in:
- Startups
- Consumer products
- How design drives real-world behaviour
- Someone who:
- Moves fast
- Adaptable and eager to learn
- Excited to grow
