Software Engineering Manager - AI Orchestration
If you're an engineering manager that embraces AI and you know that some projects don't need 18-20 engineers to get it done when all you need is 5-6 max.
You will guide a team of backend leaning full stack engineers, engineers who will create strong through AI and being the orchestrator/quality control to bring things to production.
The domain of this role is pretty cool, multimedia and all the rough and tumbles with their backend systems etc.
This is a totally greenfield role, you will have a lot of autonomy in terms of the stack to use, this means you are an agnostic minded engineer at the heart of it.
The 30/60/90 for this role:
Get up to speed on the platforms, systems.
Help hire your new team of 5-6 engineers initially.
Have things whirling in production.
Must haves for this role:
Be a seasoned manager who has experience with PIPs, KPIs etc.
Extremely proficient with AI tools and
Still hands-on.
Must be more backend proficient than frontend.
Not married to agile or traditional SDLC structure.
Very strong with cloud architecture and general system design.
So if you're someone excited by generative AI and general agentic workforces etc and want to put your stamp on a totally greenfield project then this is absolutely perrrrfect!
