Job Description
By joining Astek as a Data Scientist Consultant, you will contribute to the design of advanced analytical solutions aimed at unlocking the full potential of data. Working at the heart of project teams, you will develop statistical and machine learning models, analyze complex datasets, and generate insights that support organizations in making informed decisions. You will be involved in diverse technological environments combining data science, artificial intelligence, data platforms, and cloud technologies, allowing you to work on innovative, high-impact projects. Profile
For this position, we are looking for candidates with a strong academic background in fields related to data and analytics. A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or Mathematics is highly relevant, as it provides the solid technical and analytical foundations required for the role. We also value profiles with studies in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Operations Research, or Econometrics, especially when combined with a strong quantitative focus and practical experience in handling data-driven problems. Candidates coming from engineering backgrounds such as Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems are equally of interest, particularly when they have developed skills in data processing, modeling, or machine learning.
Fluency In Both English And French Is Required.
