Job Description
By joining Astek as an IT Project Manager Consultant, you will contribute to strategic projects at the heart of digital transformation initiatives.
At the heart of project teams, you will collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and international partners to plan, coordinate, and deliver IT projects aligned with organizational needs.
You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project delivery, including planning, execution, risk management, and performance monitoring, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to defined objectives.
You will also contribute to structuring project management processes, optimizing workflows, and supporting decision-making to ensure the successful delivery of high value-added solutions.

You have several years of experience in IT project management and have successfully contributed to the implementation of technological solutions in complex environments.
Organized and results-oriented, you enjoy structuring projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting organizations in their technological transformations.
Comfortable with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches), you are able to adapt your approach depending on the context and challenges.
You thrive in international environments, communicate effectively in both French and English, and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams on high-impact projects.
