About the role

As Product Manager, you'll be the driving force behind product innovation from idea to launch, together with the Chief engineer. You, as Product Manager, are the owner of the portfolio. You'll identify market opportunities, translate customer needs into winning business cases, and guide products through our New Product Introduction (NPI) process. With ownership of the entire portfolio lifecycle, you'll create roadmaps, manage budgets, and serve as the go-to expert for both our organization and the market.

What You Bring

• Master's degree in food technology, mechanical engineering, or business management
• Experience in the food industry (Preferably in combination in machine manufacturing)
• 4+ years of product management experience in a B2B production environment
• Commercial drive combined with technical insight
• Passionate about automation and process optimization
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Understanding of Lean principles and NPI processes
• 15-25% international travel readiness
