Key Objectives

You will collaborate with our EU Sales Teams and with local EU customers to deploy a product portfolio strategy for our Thermal Solutions while developing new channels. Your extensive background in sales and product marketing will play a large role in helping you define key executable tasks, create and launch regional strategy, and aid in strategizing sales enablement tools for new and existing products.

We are seeking someone who will utilize their knowledge in the foreseeable changing customer needs, market trends, and harbors the ability to effectively communicate product value to the marketplace.


Role & Responsibilities

Communicate from product line objectives to deploy product strategies within global channels.

Responsible for creating product line pricing strategies & manages product line profit.

Collect & analyze market and competitive feedback.

Deployment of channel strategies (both B2B and D2C)

Stock, Price, Product, Distribution, Investment, Channel ROI management.


Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.

Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.

Providing schedules and targets on the project.


Operational Experience/Academic Qualification

Educated to bachelor degree level or equivalent

At least 5 years experience in sales/marketing environment, preferably with channel or (mass) retail

Experience with IT and PC hardware/components/gaming sales with emphasis on thermal solutions.

Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point.

Manage multiple projects and requests on a daily/weekly basis.

Experience of B2B negotiations to achieve best possible use of time and budget in channel.

Fluency in English and preferably one other European language.
