We’re fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. About The Role

As the Analytics Manager for Instabee's Swedish market, you will be the driving force behind data-driven decision-making for our largest market. Reporting to the Head of Business Control & Analytics in the Swedish Leadership Team, you’ll work hands-on to transform data into actionable insights that shape our strategy and performance. In this high-impact role, you’ll have the opportunity to directly influence our business direction by uncovering opportunities, solving complex challenges, and ensuring data is leveraged to its full potential.

With responsibility for 1-2 direct reports, you will lead analytics initiatives across the Swedish organization. You'll partner closely with multiple teams to support their data needs, from identifying growth opportunities to optimizing processes. This role is ideal for the data-savvy and business-minded doer who really wants to see improvements through to the end.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Swedish analytics: Own and drive analytics for the Swedish market as the go-to data expert for strategic and operational decision-making. Mentor and guide a small team, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Tackle complex problems with actionable solutions: Dig into unrefined data to analyze complex challenges, troubleshoot issues, and deliver actionable solutions that improve performance.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders: Work closely with teams across the organization, understanding their unique challenges and data needs. Present findings in a clear, accessible manner, ensuring insights are understood and acted upon by leaders and teams alike.
• Enhance data accessibility: Proactively explore new data sources and improve data accessibility across the organization (e.g. Tableau dashboards), while also teaching teams to become more self-sufficient in accessing and using data to make faster, more informed decisions.
  
  

About You

You’re a seasoned analytics professional with a passion for turning data into value. You’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves and digging into unrefined data to answer complex questions. You’re business-savvy, understanding how data insights can drive better decision-making and add value across the organization.

You excel at collaborating with both technical and non-technical audiences, translating analysis into real improvements. Your curiosity and focus on actionable results make you a trusted partner for stakeholders at all levels. Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree within engineering, information technology, finance, economics or other relevant field
• Experience solving complex business problems and presenting solutions to senior management
• >4 years working experience, out of which at least 2 years in data-heavy environment
• Experience working with data processing tools including front-end visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, PowerPoint, Google Slides) and generic tools (e.g. SQL, Python, Excel/Google Sheets)
