We are looking for a Java Backend Developer to join our Client’s team under a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop user stories in accordance with functional specifications, code quality standards, and security requirements
- Contribute to the development of an electronic invoicing application within the scope of a European regulatory reform
- Build and maintain backend solutions using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot
- Design and integrate REST APIs to support application functionality and interoperability
- Work with MongoDB, Kafka, and microservices architecture to deliver scalable and robust solutions
- Use Docker and GitLab CI to support development, integration, and deployment processes
- Collaborate within an Agile SCRUM environment to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries
Required Qualifications:
- Proven professional experience in backend development with Java/J2EE and Spring Boot
- Experience with MongoDB, REST APIs, and microservices-based architectures
- Familiarity with GitLab CI, Docker, and event-driven tools such as Kafka
- Good understanding of code quality, application security, and development best practices
- Experience working in Agile environments, preferably using the SCRUM framework
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Good spoken English
