Porto, Portugal (Hybrid)
As a Global Information Cyber Security Architect, you will play a key role in securing cloud environments (Azure and GCP), supporting strategic digital initiatives, including Data and AI platforms. You will be responsible for defining security standards, mitigating risks, and ensuring secure implementation across global IT projects.
- Define technical and functional security requirements for major cloud projects
- Review Azure and GCP services and propose security controls aligned with corporate frameworks
- Contribute to the definition and rollout of security policies, standards, and guidelines
- Lead cloud security projects (requirements definition, solution selection, implementation)
- Support business and IT stakeholders in deploying secure solutions
- Assist in cloud migration and workload deployment across regions
- Assess security risks and define mitigation measures prior to go-live
- Analyze business and IT requests impacting security and propose appropriate solutions
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- Master’s degree is a plus
- 3 to 6+ years of experience in Information Security (consulting, audit, or architecture)
- Hands-on experience with public cloud (Azure and/or GCP)
- Strong background in networks, systems, databases, and applications
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies (ISO 27005, eBIOS, etc.)
- Familiarity with security frameworks and standards
- Cloud certifications (e.g., AZ-500, AZ-30x)
- Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate across different organizational levels
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
- French is a plus
