We are seeking a motivated Junior IT Project Manager to join our team and contribute to IT governance and delivery coordination activities. This role is ideal for a professional with foundational experience in IT processes and project management who is eager to grow within the financial industry. The selected candidate will support governance frameworks, assist in delivery oversight, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.


Main Responsibilities

  • Define, document, and maintain project governance standards and adaptive delivery methodologies that support digital channels, platforms, and end-to-end transformation initiatives.
  • Support IT prioritization efforts and help align capacity across Run and Change the Bank initiatives.
  • Manage defect tracking and change request workflows, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups.
  • Contribute to the preparation of dashboards and reports for IT initiatives and operational KPIs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and act as a liaison with other departments for cross-functional activities.
  • Assist in budget tracking and resource planning activities in collaboration with the Head of Technology & Infrastructure.
  • Support the setup and monitoring of application alerting dashboards.
  • Participate in governance and delivery-related projects as needed.


Academic Background

  • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
  • 2–3 years of experience in IT governance, project coordination, or business analysis roles.
  • Professional interest in IT governance, project management, and delivery frameworks.

  • Sense of precision, responsibility, and autonomy.
  • Communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English (Written and Spoken).


Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications or coursework in project management (e.g., Agile, PMP, Prince2).
  • Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives.
  • Awareness of the latest trends in FinTech and digital banking
