With us, you will ensure that our products are reliable and of the highest quality for everyone who needs real security, from private individuals to governments and the military. You will not only be involved in the development of features, but also ensure that implementation runs smoothly and help protect millions of people and critical infrastructure worldwide.

Your Tasks

- Translating product strategies and roadmaps into clearly defined, actionable requirements for the development teams, taking into account the strategic direction and goals of the company
- Acting as the central interface between the development teams and stakeholders from sales, marketing, research, communication, and design
- Creation and refinement of detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, as well as close collaboration with the engineering teams to ensure efficient implementation
- Active management of and participation in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, daily standups) and continuous improvement of working methods
- Ensuring delivery quality by accepting results and validating them against defined acceptance criteria
- Finding a balance between new features, technical improvements, and technical debt to ensure long-term product quality
- Working closely with sales, marketing, and communication on product launches and engage in direct customer contact to validate requirements and gather feedback
- Defining and tracking measurable product goals and sprint metrics, as well as coordinating user research in collaboration with the research team
- Three to five years of professional experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a comparable role, ideally in fast-growing tech companies
- Passion for data protection and secure communication, as well as enthusiasm for developing products that protect people worldwide
- Solid technical understanding to communicate effectively with engineering teams and independently evaluate technical dependencies
- Experience in the B2B sector expected; experience in B2C environments an advantage
- In-depth experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and confident use of backlog management tools (e.g., YouTrack, Jira, Linear, or similar)
- Ability to work in a young organization and take on more responsibility than is usual in larger companies
- Strong competence in writing user stories and acceptance criteria, as well as experience working with cross-functional development teams
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mediate between stakeholders and development teams
- Proactive, independent way of working with a high degree of initiative and a hands-on mentality
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required, strong German skills preferred.
