With more than 2,000 people across different countries, we work on end-to-end projects: from strategic definition to implementation, measurement, and continuous optimization. Our focus is on turning data into real business decisions, not just producing reports.
About the roleWe’re looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI) with a strategic mindset, strong visual sensibility, and a collaborative approach. Someone who can turn insights into relevant, functional, and memorable digital experiences.
Your mission will be to transform real business and user needs into purposeful digital products, working side by side with strategy, development, data, and marketing teams on end-to-end projects.
As a Product Designer (UX/UI), you’ll be part of the digital design team, collaborating on the creation and evolution of products, platforms, and digital ecosystems for both local and international clients.
What do we value?
- 4–5 years of experience in UX/UI design or digital product design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma (components, libraries, auto layout, prototyping).
- Solid knowledge of Design Thinking, Atomic Design, and User-Centered Design.
- Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary environments, with Design Systems and multi-device projects.
- Good level of English (international environment).
- Degree in Design, UX/UI, Visual Communication, or related fields.
- Structured thinking and a strong user-centered approach.
- Ability to translate insights into clear, functional solutions.
- Attention to detail, proactivity, and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills to clearly and empathetically present and defend design decisions.
- Constant curiosity, eagerness to learn, and willingness to share knowledge.
- Design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals with a focus on accessibility, usability, and visual consistency.
- Actively participate in defining product strategy from the earliest stages of each project.
- Integrate research insights, data, and user feedback into an iterative design process.
- Build and maintain Design Systems and visual guidelines consistent across products and brands.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure faithful implementation of designs.
- Facilitate co-creation and ideation workshops, bringing a critical, empathetic, and constructive perspective.
- Projects with major national and international brands.
- A data-driven environment where analytics, BI, media, and technology work in an integrated way.
- Flexibility and a hybrid work model.
- A team culture based on collaboration, autonomy, and continuous learning.
