🧩 About the Role – Product Owner (Comply Loop)
We’re looking for a Product Owner to join our Comply function in Bucharest. You’ll be part of a dynamic, agile squad, working closely with the Product Manager, engineers, UX/UI, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, impactful product increments.
You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical delivery—owning the backlog, leading agile ceremonies, and ensuring the team consistently delivers value to users and the business.

What We Need From You
What You’ll Do
- Support the Product Manager in communicating product vision and strategy
- Own and refine the product backlog, ensuring clear priorities and alignment with business goals
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure smooth sprint execution by proactively identifying and removing blockers
- Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, UX/UI, and business stakeholders
- Participate in product testing, validation, and post-launch evaluation
- Support continuous improvement based on user feedback and performance metrics
- Proven experience as a Product Owner (or similar role) in an agile environment
- Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum / SDLC methodologies
- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt to changing business needs
- Collaborative mindset and experience working with international teams
