  • Monitor day-to-day operations and management for customer (LAN & WAN) Network infrastructure.
  • Configuring, Troubleshooting & Maintaining DC LAN and DC Interconnect WAN Networks.
  • Manage and Maintain IP addressing schemes in Infoblox (IPAM)
  • Manage and Maintain DNS & DHCP services in Infoblox
  • Managing and monitoring Wireless Network infrastructure
  • Network protocol configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Provide inputs for Capacity Planning/ Migration/ Optimization / Future upgrade strategy based on the performance trend
  • On-Demand IOS Updating and hotfixes
  • Responsible for implementing best practice/hardening
  • Managing and monitoring of log files of network devices
  • Preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports
  • Regular audit of network devices and take corrective action accordingly
  • Performance Management & Optimization
  • Root Cause Analysis
  • Coordination with multiple vendors
  • Handling escalated incidents or high critical tickets.
  • Plan and schedule for change management.
  • Develop and maintain architecture diagrams and documents
  • Good Communication skills


Technical skills:

  • Routing: - Cisco Routers (ISR 43xx, ISR 44xx, ASR 1001 Series) BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
  • Switching: - Cisco Catalyst (3900, 2900, 2800, 4500, 6500 Series)
  • Wireless: - Cisco (WLC & WAP)
  • Cisco Prime
  • DDI – Infoblox (DNS/DHCP/IPAM)
  • Cisco Catalys switches
  • Cisco Nexus 9K/7K/5K/2K Series of switches
  • Cisco Routers (ISR 43xx, ISR 44xx, ASR 1001 Series routers)
  • Cisco Catalyst (6500,3900, 2900, 2800 Series switches)
  • Cisco IOS Software
  • DDI – Infoblox (DNS/DHCP/IPAM)
  • Fair Written & Verbal Communication Skills
  • Experience of handling global customers
