We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager with a background in Application Engineering. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with Manufacturing experience, strong customer mindset and collaborative attitude.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Project Execution and Controlling:

• Lead the end-to-end management of emission aftertreatment projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to deliver projects successfully
• Ensure project profitability
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

2. Sales Support:

• Collaborate with the sales team during the proposal and pre-contract stages to provide technical expertise and project feasibility insights
• Assist in preparing customer presentations, technical documents, and cost estimates

3. Customer Collaboration:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution, ensuring their requirements are met and expectations exceeded
• Maintain a strong customer focus and build long-term relationships based on trust and delivery excellence

4. Technical Contribution:

• Actively contribute to technical discussions and problem-solving during project design and execution phases
• Support the engineering team in translating customer requirements into practical, efficient solutions

YOUR PROFILE:

• Successfully completed studies (Bachelor/Master) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields) or comparable
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the Marine or Power Generation industries
• Proven track record in Application Engineering or technical roles
• Hands-on approach with the ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Project Management tools and methodologies
• English at a professional level is a must, fluent in German and/or French is a strong plus
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering results and building partnerships
