Job Description
We are looking for an International Markets Sales Executive who will play a key role in expanding our global footprint and driving business growth as part of our International Markets Sales and Marketing team.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing go-to-market strategies for assigned territories
- Conducting market research, competitor analysis and closely monitoring market dynamics to identify growth opportunities in your region
- Identifying and developing local partners (distributors, manufacturers, etc.) in line with the targeted business model
- Planning and executing regional marketing and sales strategies for our product portfolio
- Building new customer portfolios and maintaining and developing relationships with existing international customers
- Managing and supporting distributors and partners in the assigned markets
- Preparing annual sales and marketing plans, setting targets, and ensuring their achievement
- Monitoring and reporting sales performance, tracking budgets, and taking actions to achieve targets
- Conducting regular customer visits and maintaining strong relationships in the region
- Representing the company at relevant meetings, trade fairs, and congresses in the territory
- Ensuring effective coordination with internal departments to support regional business activities.
Qualification
You will add value to our stable and rapidly growing organization if you meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in any additional language is considered a strong asset
- Minimum 3 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- No restrictions for international travel
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented mindset
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in multicultural environments and with people from diverse backgrounds
- Enjoys collaborating across cultures and building international relationships
