At Zinky Games, we create fun, innovative, and captivating gaming experiences. We’re currently working on our next Mobile Puzzle title and seeking a Senior Mobile Puzzle Game Designer.

What you will be working on:

• Design Puzzles: Think out of the box, and innovate new mechanics!
• Plan Level Progression: Craft a smooth, rewarding player journey by structuring level sequences and difficulty curves.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Work closely with the Data team to evaluate level performance and optimize designs based on metrics and analytics.
• Iterate and Improve: Use team feedback, playtesting results, and community insights to refine and perfect game levels.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with a diverse team of artists, developers, and product managers to continually enhance the player experience.
• Clear Communication: Present and explain your design concepts and ideas effectively throughout the studio.
• Inspire and Innovate: Propose progressive, creative solutions that align with our vision and player expectations.

What We are looking for :

• 3+ Years of Mobile Puzzle Game Experience: Proven track record in designing and launching successful mobile puzzle titles.
• Expertise in Level Balancing and Difficulty Tuning: Understanding of pacing, challenge, and player flow.
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Someone who excels at overcoming design challenges with creativity and critical thinking.
• Team-Oriented Mindset: Thrives in a collaborative, agile environment, effectively partnering with remote teams.
• Player Empathy: Ability to understand and resonate with our audience, translating feedback into actionable improvements.
• F2P Design Experience: Familiarity with KPIs, analytics, and monetization strategies to optimize game design.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in verbal and written Turkish, able to convey concepts and feedback.
• Data-Driven Approach: Experience working with spreadsheets and analytical tools.
• Passion for Games: Genuine love for gaming and a drive to create fun, engaging experiences.
• Unity 3D Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Unity engine.
• Rapid Prototyping: Skilled in quickly iterating on gameplay mechanics and testing new ideas.
