Our projects:

At the Engineering Competence Center, we deliver services and projects for the Automotive, Rail, and Oil & Gas sectors. Our specialized engineering teams work within project and competency groups, whose activities we manage. We also conduct training and certification programs to enhance the engineering competencies of our consultants.

Position:

We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Infrastructure Project Manager (he/she) for our client from the medical industry.

Offered salary:

Salary: from 920 to 1040 PLN net/day, depending on experience and competences.

You’re ideal for this role if you:

• Have 5–10 years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years managing infrastructure or network projects with budgets exceeding $500k
• Have experience delivering global network services projects and collaborating with international stakeholders
• Have proven experience working with network service providers or service integrators
• Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
• Possess strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Are a self-starter who can work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team environment
• Are dependable, proactive, and flexible when needed
• Are proficient in Business English and Polish (minimum B2), both written and spoken
• Hold (or are willing to obtain) project management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMI, or equivalent – this is considered a plus

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of infrastructure projects, primarily focused on network initiatives
• Delivering projects related to network expansion, relocation, and optimization (LAN/WAN)
• Collaborating with a global network services provider and coordinating activities with external partners
• Developing and implementing project plans and mobilizing project teams to ensure successful delivery
• Monitoring project performance in terms of scope, timeline, budget, and quality
• Managing project risks, changes, and project closure activities
• Ensuring smooth transition of completed projects to operations and preparing final project reports, including lessons learned
